Here are two Iced AeroPress recipes to get you prepped for the next heatwave!

RECIPE 1 - Cold style - Using a hot bloom to speed the brew process and increases flavour.

RECIPE 2 - Japanese flash style - For a juicy and refreshing brew.



Cold Brew | RECIPE 1


Inverted Method 18g medium ground coffee (use freshly roasted whole beans)

Add 60ml water at 90°C & stir

At 45 sec add 190ml chilled water

Stir, apply filter then cap (for best results use DISC SUPERFINE)

At 10 mins flip & plunge over 100g ice

Serve straight away or add milk or water to taste


Flash Brew | RECIPE 2


Inverted Method 30g course ground coffee (use freshly roasted whole beans)

Add 60ml water at 90°C & stir

At 45 sec add 90ml water at 90°C

Stir, apply filter then cap (for best results use DISC SUPERFINE)

At 1 min 20 sec flip & plunge over 100g ice

Serve straight away or add milk or water to taste
